We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SEM – Paid Marketing Strategist with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our team. As a Senior SEM – Paid Marketing Strategist, you
will be responsible for developing and executing strategic paid marketing campaigns on Google and Facebook Ads platforms, with the goal of driving traffic, increasing conversions and maximizing ROI.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic paid marketing campaigns on Google and Facebook Ads platforms.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategy.
• Develop ad creative, landing pages, and other campaign assets to drive engagement and conversions.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, including key metrics such as ROI, CTR, CPA, and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that campaigns align with overall marketing and business goals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and recommend new strategies for improving campaign performance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEM – Paid Marketing with a focus on Google and Facebook Ads.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful paid marketing campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge of keyword research, ad creation and optimization, and performance analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics and Excel.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.Added Advantage
